MoonSisters works in progress
materials used: mechanical pencil / brown waterproof ink / drawing nib / watercolors / masking fluid / table salt / tempera white

A rough pencillling was done and then inked over with waterproof brown ink using a nib.

The painting was taped to a drawing board using masking tape.
The background layer was added, and textures added using masking fluid, salt, and blotting effects.

This is just a simple painting which only have one layer of background. After it dried, I started the first layer on the dresses.

Then I added a second layer on the dresses, and painted the details. The bottom right corner looked empty, so I decorated it with a border.
